What is the NHS Glasgow Learning Web?
The Learning Web consists of a number of SUfI (Scottish University for Industry) LearnDirect Scotland branded Learning Centres which are situated on various sites within the Greater Glasgow NHS Board and Glasgow Trusts. The Learning Centres use computer-based training courses as an alternative, flexible method of learning, with audio, video and text based materials which you can access to develop new skills/knowledge or brush up on existing ones.
This doesn't mean you need to have computer skills to benefit from this approach to learning. All packages are easy to access and have simple prompts to guide you through your chosen course.
Whatever your choice of subject, the Learning Centres can start you from scratch - no previous knowledge or experience is required.
